Production process
1 - Choice of raw materials
We select fabrics adapted to your project, according to your technical and aesthetic requirements:
✦ Ready-to-wear: cotton, linen, silk, wool, viscose
✦ Swimwear: Lycra, polyamide, chlorine- and UV-resistant fabrics
✦ Sportswear: breathable, stretchy, technical and durable materials
✦Eco-friendly options: GOTS, Oeko-Tex, Econyl fabrics (recycled fibers)
2 - Manufacturing & Assembly
Our specialized workshops use state-of-the-art equipment to make the garments:
✦ Classic & technical sewing: flat stitcher, double needle, overlocker
✦ Swimwear & lingerie assembly: special machines for invisible and elastic seams
✦ Sportswear & technical clothing: overlays, fusing, reinforced seams
3 - Quality Control & Finishing
We apply a strict quality control process at every stage of production:
