14 days to change your mind, from receipt of the parcel.
Notify us at shop@dyrsan.fr with your order number, then return the items within 14 days to: D'YRSAN, 3 rue Paul Déroulède, 92600 Asnières-sur-Seine. Return shipping costs are at your expense; a tracked shipment is recommended.
Refund within 14 days, with the initial shipping included at the lowest standard rate.
Fabrics cut to the requested length cannot be taken back or exchanged, except in case of an error or defect on our part.
Damaged parcel, missing or defective item: write to us with a photo. We offer a credit note, a replacement or a refund.
