Delivery and returns

1 Manufacturing lead times

The pieces are handmade in France, to order. None are kept in stock: the lead time starts from the validation of the technical file and payment.

Allow four to six weeks for a first run, and three to four weeks for a restock of a previously produced model. A custom print or Pantone dye adds one to two weeks for the test bath.

All firm dates are confirmed in writing upon order placement. In the event of a delay on our part, you will be notified as soon as we become aware of it, not only at the deadline.

2 Transportation

Shipping is not included in the catalogue prices. It is calculated at the time of shipment, based on the actual weight, destination and chosen shipping method.

Metropolitan France: two to three working days after dispatch. European Union: three to five days. Rest of the world: five to ten days, excluding customs formalities.

Shipments are tracked and insured. The tracking number will be sent to you on the day your order leaves the workshop.

3 Duties and taxes

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient. These are neither included in our prices nor advanced by us.

Export documents accompany each shipment. We provide, upon request, the detailed composition and origin information necessary for your own declarations.

4 At reception

Check the packages in front of the carrier. A damaged package must be noted with specific reservations on the delivery slip: "damaged package" without details is not sufficient to open a claim.

Report any damage to us within forty-eight hours, with supporting photos. After this period, the carrier will refuse to accept the damage and we will no longer be able to intervene.

5 Returns

The garments are custom-made for your brand, according to your choices of cut, material, and color. They are neither returnable nor exchangeable due to a change of mind: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order.

A manufacturing defect or a discrepancy with the approved specifications, however, entitles the customer to a replacement or a credit note. Claims must be made within fourteen days of receipt, with supporting documentation and photos.

No returns are accepted without prior written agreement. We will then provide you with the return address and shipping method: any return sent on your own initiative remains at your expense and risk.

6 Permissible deviations

Hand-sewn garments allow for a dimensional deviation of approximately two percent from the measurements in the technical file, and a slight variation in shade from one batch of fabric to another.

These variations are not a defect. They are inherent to workshop work and distinguish a handcrafted piece from an industrially produced one.
